How to book a class:
 

• Reservation and purchase of a single class:
  Class reservations are made directly on the ispeakezy site in the COURSES section. No other booking methods are accepted.​
   

• Reservation and purchase of a package:
  The first class is reservation directly on the ispeakezy website in the COURSES section. The reservation of the classes after the first one is made according to the tutor who will be in charge of sending an invitation in the student's electronic calendar after sharing the email address.

How and when to use the package of hours purchased:
 

The tutor reserves the right to accept or reject the lessons or packages purchased by the student. In case of acceptance, the tutor agrees to respect the commitment to offer the lessons on time and on the dates agreed with the student.

If the student does not fulfill the commitment to attend the agreed lessons, the rules of the following subsection "classes cancellation" will apply.

The hours packages purchased can only be used by students who buy them and can't by no means be transferred to / or shared with others.

Classes cancellation:
 

• Lessons cancelled by the student:
  It is possible to reschedule lessons to a new date and/or time 24 hours before the originally scheduled time. Otherwise, the lesson is considered lost. ​

• Holidays:
  In the case of holidays, the student must notify ispeakezy the previous month.

 

Class Content:

It is strictly forbidden to copy, record (including video-audio recording of desktop) and share any content provided by ispeakezy during and after the classes.
